Refund and Returns Policy

We will ship online orders within 3-5 working days from the date of transaction. Customers will receive a dispatch notification via email or on our social media pages upon dispatch of the order.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted items, functional wear, white garments, or accessories.

If an item has any defect or damage, a free replacement will be sent to you. However, if the item is not in stock, you have the option to select a new item of the same value. No cash refunds will be provided.

Exchange Policy

We categorize exchanges into two types:

1. Exchange Based on Customer Requirement

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to exchange your Acvilas online purchase.
  • Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or colors of the same item.
  • Any applicable courier charges will be incurred by the customer.
  • Requests for exchange will be processed within 3 days of receiving the item. Late requests will not be entertained.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Once the items have been received and pass a quality review, you will be informed to select an exchange item.
  • Exchanges will not be possible if the purchased item is no longer in stock.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchange requests if items are not returned in their original condition.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange process only.

2. Exchange Based on a Mistake by Acvilas Online Team

  • Both courier charges (pick-up and delivery) will be incurred by Acvilas.
  • A courier will be arranged to collect the incorrect or defective item.
  • After a quality review, the correct item will be sent to the customer.
  • No changes can be made to the original order.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the order receipt date.
  • Returns are only accepted for online purchases made on our website.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
  • Courier charges for returns will be incurred by the customer.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, with tags and labels intact.

Refund

  • No refunds are available for Acvilas online purchases.
  • Refunds will only be processed for website orders under special terms and conditions.
  • Refunds will typically be processed within 3-5 working days, depending on the bank.

Additional Information

  • Returns or exchanges can only be arranged after contacting us via email or our social media pages.
  • Exchanges for online orders cannot be made at retail outlets.
  • In the event of damaged or defective items, or if an incorrect item is delivered, we will arrange courier services free of charge.
  • Items not returned in resalable condition may result in refusal of a refund or exchange.
  • Delivery address changes cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.
  • Promotional offers are not valid on exchanges.
  • Offer items cannot be exchanged, except for available sizes or colors of the same item.
